I am using ACT version 10.0.0. I was able to "Create lookup" from a Group Detail by right clicking on the blank area adjacent to the "Add/Remove Contacts" button and using the drop down menu that appeared. This ability is very useful when I want to print labels. I did this and the lookup I wanted appeared, as it normally does. Then I unknowingly changed something. Whatever I did caused the lookup to have a red "X" accross the look up screen that normally would be displaying the names, addresses, etc. from the Group. This red "X" now appears on all of my groups when I want to create a lookup. If I click anywhere on the screen an individual field will appear. It's as if there is a "mask with a Red "X" over the viewing area". I remember that something appeared on the screen about "key 25" just before this change occurred. Anyone have an Idea what I did and how I get back to being able to view my look up? HELP!
