I cannot get Import to run at all

When I go to File and click on Import, nothing happens.  I can click on Export and the wizard starts.  Does anyone have a clue as to why my Import Wizard will not start.  I want to import contact info from another program.  I know how to do that if it would just start the process.  I use ACT 9.0 (2007)

I've seen this behavior when you applied the 9.0.1 update on top of the 9.0.0 original install. If you uninstall ACT! and then reinstall from the full 9.0.1 medium, the issue should be resolved.
