It says it cannot authenticate me. I have tried every username and password I can think of. I have the backup zip file. I am using the "Restore As" to put it on a new computer. But it won't work.
Is there any way to restore this without knowing what my username and password were? Can tech support help?
My old employer did not use Act! It was a personal copy, so I gave them the contacts for Outlook. They let me backup my database, now I wish I had just created a copy. Anyway, because they do not use Act with anyone else, they deleted it from my old laptop and it's gone. All I have is this backup Zip I cannot open.
I was synchronizing it with my Blackberry using CompanionLink. Maybe I can get that working.

If you don't have the original install, you might try:
User: You name (first last)
Pass: (leave blank)
If that doesn't work, you'll need to contact Sage Password Recovery as per this ACT! Knowledge Base article -
