Robert
Which version of ACT?
Did you run the batch file on both master and remote?
Try detaching and reattaching both databases
Make sure all of the above are done when either logged in as the Administrator account or right click and choose run as administrator when opening and closing ACT

Paul Thank you, Yes I did run the batch file and I am getting an error on the host computer -
I remember now. It is the 2012 Premium, and this happened before and we called the tech support and he did the following
1-detach the database from the actdiag
2-move or copy the adf or alf file over to another computer with act on it
3- attach the adf file using the actdiag
4- run the sql express bat fileon another computer until u get 0 rows affected
5-move the database back to the old computer and open the database
I need to do it again but I need more clear guidance I am hesitant to do it with below steps, if any one can give me step by step guidance I appreciate it.
Thank you,

Your steps look good, here are some additional details:
- How to move a database (KB Article 23392)
- How to attach database using ActDiag (KB Article 27607)
