No so much from a technical perspective, but more from a how to. Can you advise if there is information on the ACT forums or an ACT reference item? Thanks.

I am not sure I know what you mean by "setup a contact management system in ACT."
ACT is a contact management systems already.
If you are looking on guidance as to how to customize ACT there are several resources availble as well as a many ACT Certified Consultants (such as myself) who do this for clients on a regular basis.
If you give me a little more info on what you are trying to accomplish I may be able to guide you in a direction. I am heading out for the evening but will respond tomorrow if you have.
