While trying to customize the order in which reports were displayed I accidentally deleted the "Reports" drop down from the top tool bar, any help much appreciated

two ways, right click on the tool bar, shoose customize, and go to commands. Then drag the reports option to the top.
another way, is to delete your preferences.
start, run, %appdata%
deleting the entire ACT folder will delete all of your preferences.
First option if probably easiest.. Here is a short video showing how to do it. http://screencast.com/t/YL2esf85

Jon, Thats the link I was looking for yesterday - thanks.
Seems like some users do not have their .net4 framework and SQL Server stuff updated when they install ACT!2013 Pro.
Windows updates should also be updated before installing a ACT! Service Pak / Hotfix.
