Re: I/O exception while backing up

Hello albergante,
This error is usually caused by insufficient disk space or a problem in the file path of the location you are trying to back up to. Does this occur when you try to back up to any location on your computer?

Re: I/O exception while backing up

Hi Greig, the problem is insufficient disk space. I had a couple of gigabytes left and I thought they were sufficient.

Apparantly, however, I have way too many attachments saved which compromize the disk usage.

May thanks
