We have had complaints that data in our Act database is randomly dissapearing. Now, it may be the software, but I wanted to make absoluetly sure. Does anyone know if there is any way to track every change made to every contact? I want to make sure that it isn't just some user that's deleting data by accident, but that it is indeed the software.

Depending upon your user's user-access level, you may also want to make sure they can't edit the history itself... which can be set in Tools, Preferences via the General tab.
