How to see mails sent through act mail client from terminal on Outlook on laptops ?

My client use terminal server for emploee to work with ACT and sending mails through act client. But when not working with act workers use Outlook on their local computers. is there a way that mails sent through act client on terminal would be also show in their local outlook ? how can i set this up?

Either install ACT! locally or install ACT! for web on the server and then install the Web integration for Outlook locally.
