How to save sync set as stand alone file to upload into remote dbase?

I have setup Publisher (desktop) database and Remote (laptop) to ACCEPT incoming syncs.

If I work on the Publisher (desktop)  and want to sync only "the updated info set" with the Remote (laptop) dbase how would I do that?

I don't want to connect via a LAN but want to save the Publisher (desktop) "updated only info sync set" so that I can upload that "saved (desktop) info" into the Remote (laptop) dbase.

A sync set is not a file that can be saved and then uploaded into a remote database.  The only time you can assign a sync set to a remote is when you create the remote database file (.rdb) from main database. You can modify the sync set that the remote is using (which will affect all remotes using that sync set) or you can modify the subscription list of contacts for an individual remote.
