How to perform a Mail Merge for a Lookup without automatically sending at the end

I followed this tutorial for performing a mail merge:

http://kb.sagesoftwareonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/13883/~/how-to-perform-a-mail-merge-in-act!

The problem is that I cannot check what is actually sent to our clients and, to be sure that the correct salutation etc are used, we want to have a final check (i.e. we will click 'Send' from Outlook, one by one).

Is it feasible?

Should we switch our mail client from Outlook to ACT's internal mailer?

Albergante.

Test your email template by sending it just to a single Contact (a colleague is best) where you can preview it before sending.
