Im new in using ACT!, and I have a quotation form created in MS Word, then converted to ACT! template. What I want to do is for the template to automatically capture the contact informations, like name or phone number or address that was keyed in to ACT, so when our sales personnel creates a quotation, they don't have to manually key in the information on the quotation template anymore. How to do that? Please help!
