I'm working everyday on this old but stable version of ATC!
I had to change my PC and need to réinstall it.
I have my licence number but the French Act company can't give me a activation code anymore on this version.
So, i recovered it from my old PC but i doesn't work either : a message tells me : "we are unable to register ACT!".
In fact, it is no longer SAGE which supports ACT but ACT itself. Therefore, the phone and email numbers used to register the product are no longer valid.
I can't by a new version of the product; it works perfectly.....
Can someone helps me ?

Hi and I am sorry to give you some very bad news.
The licencing system changed and older versions before ACT V18 cannot be used once the registration fails or need reinstalling as there is no way of registering the software.
The licensing service no longer exists for the older versions so the only thing left is to upgrade to a current version.

This has been helpful as I have a similar issue. I have upgraded my ACT 2011 in September of 2015, but recently had my laptop crash. I had it backed up but am in the process of restoring my database. I'm planning to update to the ACT Growth Suite Professional. Does anyone know if the Database from ACT 2011 can be restored into the current ACT Growth Suite Professional product?
