So far I have had to purchase 3 licenses for ACT! This began in 2000. Then a second copy for an upgrade in 2006, but when switching to Windows 7 when it first came out, you got it, a third copy had to be purchased. NOW I've converted to Mac's, so this will mean a 4th copy IF I want to continue using ACT! by Sage. I'm looking at other CRM software even now, BEFORE spending more with Sage.
You would think that after all this they would allow me to just switch and waive yet another purchase/upgrade, but from past experience I'm not holding my breath.
