Does anyone know how to send a emial out to recipients of a scheduled activity in the calendar section? This would be the same as in Outlook
when you add attendees to the activity.

I had a hard time with this too. However, I found that anything that is on your calendar, is also on your task list and you can send the email to everyone in the activity you have scheduled when you go to the task list. Hope this helps

Am I understanding that this is a two-step process in ACT! ?
1. Create the Calendar item and save
2. Select the created Calendar item and forward an email to their emails to invite them to the meeting.
How would I check availability on the fly? In Outlook, I put in my coworkers email address and it pulls up his Outlook calendar to tell me what times are free for him. I don't see that option on here.
