I am using Act 2012 Pro SP1 Hotfix 4 with Outlook 2010. Recently my Outlook AddIn stopped working and I could not restart it from the discabled addin section whatever I tried . The AddIn file name was listed as mscoree.dll with no path name at all which seemed a bit odd. Now the addin has dissapeared completely from the list of disable addins in Outlook.
How do I reinstall the addin and what is the correct file name?
Thanks for any help you can give

You can't reinstall the add-in by itself. You would need to uninstall and reinstall ACT!. The issue could also be with Outlook, so you may need to run Office 2010 maintenance ( see KB article 27079 for instructions). Also, make sure Outlook has the latest updates applied.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.

thanks for this. Sorry for the slow relpy I have been on Vacation. I will give this a try but reinstalling ACT does seem a bit of a pain. I will try the Office maintenance route first.
