How do you print out a group? I am using version 2007 (9)

How do you print out a group? I am using version 2007 (9)  It just produced a "print screen" that is not what I want. I want more of a print out with name, web, address, phone number, emails etc. How do I do that?

Two things you might want to check out:
  1. Menu Reports-->Group Reports-->Group Membership. This report gives some basics: Company, Title, Phone, email
  2. Create a Lookup of your group, customize the columns in the Contact List view, then press the "Export to Excel" button. Format it in Excel as you like, then print. This is more flexible, you can choose whatever fields you like, but takes a few steps.

I am using 2008 Act, and If I follow these directions, the excel icon stays grey.

What am I doing wrong?
