How do you create a mailing list with home addresses?

How do you create a mailing list with home addresses?

My client can't figure out how to get act to create a mailing list that uses home addresses of contacts that he doesn't have work addresses for.  It's important that he keeps the addresses in the proper categories, so he can't simply copy the home addresses to the work address fields for those contacts.  Is it possible? If so, how? Thanks.

What output do you want the mailing list?

 

Do you want to merge to envelopes? This will let you perform a lookup and print the envelopes out.

Or Export to Excel? You can create a list of all contacts or a lookup and customize the list to include any fields you want. Once done click Export to Excel and this will open it up in Excel.

I have a package of label and envelope templates that provide for the declaring the preferred mailing address and when the lable or envelope is printed it automatically selects the preferred mailing address.
