How do you adjust the Task List NEW MEETING defaults?

Basically, I want to adjust the defaults when scheduling a new activity.

 

Whenever I click Meeting on the top, I want:

 

  • Under the "Schedule With:" section, by default, I want all three ACT! Database managers/admins in our office as the contacts.

I realize I can already manually add each individual, but I'd rather we didn't have to specify each one, rather those three ACT managers should populate  automatically

 

Is there way to do this?

Are you sure? One of my coworkers was sure she had it set up that way...hmm. I guess we'll have to find a workaround.
