How do I prevent the "Secondary Contacts" from popping up?

How do I prevent the "Secondary Contacts" box from popping up? It is annoying! Whatever I seem to do on the dashboard this annoying box pops up on the screen, disrupts, and prevents me from complerting whatever I am doing.

That doesn't sound normal, for sure.  What are you doing when it pops up?  The only way I can get it to pop up is to double click on an existing secondary contact or click to create a new one.

 

For some of the more technical who frequent this forum, can you post the version you are using and your OS?

I use Windows 7  64 bit

 

ACT! by Sage 2009 (11.0) Version 11.0.0.367

 

 

If I attempt to write in one of the cells, or change a spelling, or make a correction, or nearly anything else ..............this annoyiong box pops up.
