How do I permanently delete the Act! Contacts Progress from the system tray? I don't use it and I don't want it there and I didn't give permission for it to be put there. Why didn't Sage ask me if I wanted to use system resources to put a utility of yours in my system tray? Wasn't that a bit presumptuous of your programmers to put it there without my permission? Why doesn't it come with a disable feature? Please instruct me how to delete it.
In case you need this info to reply to my request for help, I'm running ACT! by Sage 2010 Version 18.104.22.168, Hot Fix 1 on Vista Home Premium on a 64 bit dual quad core HP computer.

I'm not using Outlook though it is on my computer. I don't use Act! for any email purpose.
Again, why would Act! put a utility in my System Tray without my permission, especially without a disable function? This isn't appropriate.
Please advise how to permanently get rid of it. Thank you.
