How do I move database to different folder on computer? Says "locked"

I am using Act 2013 pro single user with Windows 7 Enterprise.

I am getting error message says "a moving lock has been placed on this database.  only users with administrative privledges can unlock the database"

I am checking user accounts in Windows and the one I am using is the only one in there.

I want to move the database folder to a different folder in my computer.

Please help.  Thanks.

I haven't used the move command; however, I think the easiest way is to do a backup and retstore as and restore it to a new location.

Since you will be creating a new name, you can then go back and delete the old database after you are happy that the database has been restored properly.

Go to your fiel menu in Act!, choose save as... then you can pick and choose the folder you want to move your database to.
