Wow. This is helpful.
I've attached a screenshot and my database is ACT2013.
Is the database in the folder just 3 files? An ADF file, alf file and PAD file
I have another folder nearby that has a bunch of subfolders which include Assemblies, Attachments, Backup.
Do I need this additional folder or just the 3 files?
Please let me know. Thanks.

You should NOT copy the PAD file, but you MUST include the database files-folder.
The best way would be to open the database in ACT and create a backup "including attachments".
That will give you a ZIP file that can be used to transport a database, which can then be "restored as" on another system.
