How do I import a SINGLE contact from Outlook into ACT2011?

I'm tired of double entering business cards into Outlook and ACT.  I don't want to use the syncronization feature in ACT for many reasons.  How can I import a single contact into ACT2011 from Outlook OR export from ACT2011 into Outlook.  Maybe a work around like emailing an ACT contact as a .vcf and opening it in Outlook??  Or something similar.  I can't believe there is not a button for this like the Quick attach button in Outlook for Act.

I would recommend addressgrabber standard from www.egrabber.com   - have used egrabber products for years.

Be sure to mention my name please(Bill Williams @ Fill Staff ) when you talk to egrabber folks.

but Broadlook has a freebe called contact capture that should work perfect for you?.

Reason I dont use contact capture is cus it doesnt allow me to choose the home address stuff.

It is only good for entering the company / client work address work phone nbr areas of ACT!.
