To save the entire email and it's attachments in ACT! contact history, you will need to set this up in the ACT! history option in Outlook:
- In Outlook, go to Tools/Options then click the ACT! tab
- Click History Options button
- Under "History option formats", choose "Entire email as attachment"...click OK
This will save the email in ACT as an attachment which you can open from the History tab of the contact
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
