How do I get the emails to save to ACT! with their attachments

How do I get the emails to save to ACT! with their attachments

I thought that when you use the "Attach to ACT! Contacts" icon in Outlook to store an email, it would do it with the attachments the email contains.  What do I need to do to get it to do this or is this capability not available in ACT!?

To save the entire email and it's attachments in ACT! contact history, you will need to set this up in the ACT! history option in Outlook:

 

- In Outlook, go to Tools/Options then click the ACT! tab

- Click History Options button

- Under "History option formats", choose "Entire email as attachment"...click OK

 

This will save the email in ACT as an attachment which you can open from the History tab of the contact
