I hope that I am phrasing this correctly. I have entered many of our contacts and it was requested that we change the
"messenger ID" field to Client service level. It sounds like a great idea but I have no clue how to do this. lol...
HELP!

It is particularly easy - I had to refer to the reference book. I believe this is what you need.
Go to Tools >Design Layouts> Contacts
Delete the label on the field you wish to change
Then Right click on the field you wish to change
A box will appear and click on "New Field" at the bottom
Type in the new name and click "Finish" (Wait patiently)
A dialog box will appear with your new field name. (The Field box you wish to change the name on should still be active)
Click on the new name and it should be placed in the box and also add a label with the same name.
