How do I create a report by client/customer location?

Hi. How do I create a report by client/customer location? Is it possible to do that? Basically, I need to know how many clients/customers I have by state (USA). I have ACT! Version 2007 (9.0). Thanks in advance for your help.

Good morning abby-trit.

 

The first step would be to look at the included reports and see if one comes close to what you are looking for.  If it does, then I would recommend making a copy of that report and then modifying it so it has only the information you need. 

If you can't find one, then do a little search on the forum about reports.  The forum is frequented by really good consultants who can help.  (I am a user and do not do consulting nor am I an ACT engineer).  Based on how some of the consultants answer other's questions, you should be able to find one who can create the report for you.
