I changed the heading for a field under a TAB in ACT. The change hid some of our data under the tab section from view. It is as if all the information scrolled up and is hidden under the tab line. We have lost the display of the Data.
When I do a query or a “look up” we can sort for the data but we have lost the display. IE: we sorted for all people with Medicare Plan. And we get a list of the sort but when we go to the tab, the information is still hidden.
How can we restore the display of our data? How can we restore the “fields” back to our view?
We have tried all the help tabs under layout. We are told to look for the 4 cornered icon and drag it. When we try to drag the columns down or to the right they only move up and out of view.

If you have a back up of the database, you can restore the back up using the 'Restore As' option (creates new database, doesn't overwrite existing), then copy the layout from the restored database to your production database.
If you do not have a backup (Highly recommend creating one through File > Back Up > Database):
First you will want to ensure your monitor DPI settings are set to default. See this article: KB Article 26349
Then attempt to modify the layout. Left click on the desired field and use the up/down arrows to reposition. Does this work?
