How can I put more than one user on an activity?

We're running ACT!11.1.183.0, Hotfix 1 - is there a way to schedule an activity - ie a meeting with a contact and schedule it for more than one user?  I found a go around - just add the other user in the contact line,  but is this the only way? We're still learning -- and finding little things we'd like to tweak.  Thanks for any ideas you may have.

You can only Schedule For one user, but you can Schedule With (contact line you mentioned) multiple users.  When scheduling with another user, they will be sent an invitation to place on their calendar.
