How can I import Outlook contacts (all email address) to Sage ACT.
I show you my step ,please tell me where I am wrong.
file / import
what type of file do you want to import? ----- I choose outlook
I wait for a long time, after that it doesn't show any errors, but I believe the outlook email address doesn't add in.

I would take one of 2 approaches:
1. Use the synchronization feature and synch your Outlook contacts to ACT
2. Use Excel. I like controlling what is being imported and the mapping of the fields. Therefore, I would export to Excel then map the fields from the Excel Import. Note: Do not use the latest version of Excel -- use Excel 97 - 2003 format. You should have fewer problems that way.

I too have tried to use the ACT Import Wizard to bring in Outlook contacts (only 5 out of over 500 show up when the import is completed). I have also tried the Outlook Synchronization, only to find it does nothing.
It is disappointing to find these built in features do not work. While exporting contacts to Excel and then importing them into ACT temporarily resolves the problem, the long term problem of synchronization between ACT and Outlook remains.
