I want be able to email users/employees a list their appointments/meetings for the next day. I know I can export this data to excel and then attach it to an email, but it wouldn't be worth the effort to do it for 10 different employees a day. Is there an automatic way (or at least a fast way) this can can be done? Either from ACT, excel or an add on program I can buy?
I don't want staff to have their own copy of ACT at home for security reasons, all they need is a list of appointments, not access to all details.

I'm new to ACT but maybe this is helpfull if it is the Activities for a contact you talking about:
Go to contact.
Use menu :
Reports -> Activities
Then I get a "Define Filter" dialog. Were I can chose to send output to preview, files and E-MAIL.On the other tab in the dialog you can chose date range tomorrow.
