How can I duplicate a group? I want to use it as the "seed" for a new group

I'd like to copy an old group group as a starting point for a new group.

I don't want to start all over again.

thanks for your help.

No. It should create an exact copy of the group including the attached contacts. If there is a difference I would expect the group record being duplicated without any attached contacts. because the contacts in a group are attached what you suggested ins't possible.

Simply right click on the group and choose copy group.

[ Edited ]

It won't duplicate the RECORDS? If I have a database with 100 records and a GROUP that includes 10 of those 100; if I duplicate the GROUP I WON'T end up with 110 RECORDS??  Just checking?

Thanks for your help!!
