How can I call customers with ACT Pro V20?

I am currently using a single copy of Act Pro Version 20.

Is it possible to connect my Samsung S9 phone to my Windows 10 laptop and then use ACT to dial my contacts?

I see there is an Act dialer but not sure how to do this.  or is there any other way to dial my customers directly from the ACT application?

It rather depends on what phone system you have and how or if it is linked to your Laptop.
