- Sage ACT! Pro 2012 Version 220.127.116.11
- My database is on my local machine. I do have one remote user who sychroinzes with the main database.
- Windows 7
When I launch Act! and go to a view like the company detail view, I always have to resize the frame that contains the tabs at the bottom of the screen because they are so far to the bottom of my screen that I cannot see the contents of each tab. When I click the frame and drag it up to reveal the contents of each tab, I get the view I desire. However, this new size setting is not saved. In other words, each time I launch Act!, I get the default view that I have to re-size again, not my new adjusted view.
How can I save my settings so that I do not have to resize the frames each time I launch the program? This also holds true for Contacts, Opportunities, etc.

The issue you describe is generally associated with customized monitor DPI settings. Here is an article with instructions for setting DPI to defaults: KB Article 26349
