Hosting an ACT database on a Google Drive

Does anyone know if this is possible?

Can the Move Database feature of ACT 2013 be used to accomplish this?

It is understood that the DB must be shared and all users must use the same drive letter.

No.

The database is in fact a Microsoft SQL database, Microsoft's requirement (hard coded) is that the drive it lives on must be a local drive on the server.

Thusly, it won't work putting your Act! database in Google Drive.
