Ok, another newbie question. I finally figured out how to send and receive email throught act.
Is there a way for the history to automatically record without me having to check the box when I send it and attach it to a contact when I receive it? I am afraid I will forget to do this at times.

Hi, you can find this setting within the preferences.
Go to Tools/Preferences/Email/Composing Options
On the left hand side you see the options for History. Select the one from the dropdown you prefer and it should retain for all outgoing email.
