Act (Pro 2012 Version 18.104.22.168, Hot Fix 5) seems to have a mind of its own (or lack of). I write outgoing emails to a contact (out of their page) and it "occasionally" gets put into the history tab. HIT or MISS- never know if it will be listed or not....
ANYONE have an idea on how to fix this? I've heard the "standard" line from Act people and have done ALL of the options and it's still a crap-shoot if it works right.

Before we ask all the same questions that ACT Support asked, could you go over what they asked and your eMail settings?

It started working, now it's not again....
I went through this list: http://kb.swiftpage.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/19948 (is there an updated version of this for 2013???)
But it seems that all of my settings are correct....but I'm using Outlook 2013. My email preferences are set to: "Send all Email via Outlook" but when I go to "Set-up email", the only option listed is "Internet Mail"- is this the right option to check and set up? (don't think so).
