History not recording

I'm using Act 2009 version and can't get the history to work, it has been working for the last year untill two weeks ago. Editing the email box to show contats.pad in it still won't work. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Robert,


Do you see the ACT! icons in Outlook?  If not that's probably the reason and you can try removing the ACT! address book and readding it.  Also make sure the Act.Outlook.Service.exe is running in Task Manager.
