Hi, I created a new Publisher database from my single user ACT! d'base. I then created 4 subscriber databases for my new colleagues and myself, Everything works well except that my colleagues whilst they can open History records cannot open the emails
I can open them fine, and I am on a new subscriber database. Any ideas?

Are they getting an error when trying to open the emails? What is it?
What program were the histories created with? If they are Outlook emails and the other users don't have Outlook installed, they won't be able to open them.
