History & Notes

ACT! by Sage 2010 Version 12.1.181.0, Hot Fix 1

 

I have 3 users and a computer we synch to.  My computer is the only computer that you can see any notes or history.

 

I have searched and cannot find anyone that has this issue.

No tab? No notes? can you post a screenshot?

 

If no tab, it is likely that it is slipped all the way to the bottom of the screen.  Take your mouse down until it's shape changes to a double sided arrow and drag up

 

If no notes, check your filters on the notes/histories tabs.

 

Veriry that you are in the same database or that you have synced recently if it's a sync database

You might also look at updating to Hotfix 5 as per this ACT! Knowledge Base article -

If you do, remember all systems sharing the database (Lan or sync) need to be at same build
