History Tab

I have Sage ACT! Pro 2013 Version 15.1.108.0, Hot Fix 4, W7.  Why do new emails I send not appear in the History tab any more?

Here's a Knowledgebase article that contains a number of suggested solutions to this issue. I would suggest working through them in order.
