History Summary Report: Missing History & Activities

When we print our History Summary report, many history and activities are missing.  All types and filters are turned on.  We want to see everything for each person but..... hit and miss, some are not reported or listed.  Any suggestions and what we might not be doing right?

What are your user filter settings? It sounds like you need to use all users on the general tab and a selected user on the note and history tab.

What are your user filter settings? It sounds like you need to use all users on the general tab and a selected user on the note and history tab.

That was it! Nothing really said to use "all users" on the "general tab" and then, a "selected user" on the "note and history tab".  That did it!  I'll mod the report to give it our look and feel

The general tab selects the contact records where the user is record manager. The other tabes select the History. Note, etc. records where the user is the record manager.
