History Disappeared

History Disappeared

I just logged onto Act Sage and all of my history and notes seemed to have disappeared.  How do I get them back?

Check your filter settings for notes and history.

Could you explain how to do that.  I've checked the filters and notes tabs and can't figure how to change these settings to view my notes and history.

Under your History tab you have a set of filters( Dates, Types and Users). I always keep them as All Dates, All Types and All Users.

I tried what you suggested and nothing happens.  I even clicked the show private both ways but still no notes or history.  Is there anything else I should try.
