Running Windows 2003 Server Standard R2 Service Pack 2 32 bit.
with Intel Xeon 3.00 and 4GB RAM
We are running Terminal Services and all other programs seem to be running with normal amounts of memory.
Running ACT! 2009/11.
We had the same problem with ACT 8 - we thought upgrading would fix the problem but it didnt.
Could anyone help with this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thankyou for your response. After looking at the task manager - no all actsage.exe processes are closing when uses are logging off at the end of the day. In regards to time, over a couple of hours the memory will get up to these amounts, then the server runs out of RAM and crashes.
Also using MYOB Premier and Microsoft Office on Terminal Server which are using low memory usage.
Only thing I can think of is when users copy and paste from Outlook to ACT -would their copy and pasting take up RAM?

PS - Database is on another server and the Terminal Server Connects to it.
