I just found out that the mail of the managers is visible in act for other users. they can lookup a manager in act and under history the mail is visible. This is not what we want, how can we hide it?
We all use outlook (exchange) as mail system, act2008.
Does anybody have an idea?

A user can choose the option to make attached email histories Private:
- In Outlook, go to Tools/Options and go to the ACT! tab
- Click the History Options button
- Check the "Record history as private" box (verbage may different depending on version)
- Click OK
This is not retroactive. For existing email history items, the user will need to open the history item (not the attachment) and check the "Private" box in the lower left corner.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
