Helping YOU to help me!

Hi,

I recently got a new computer, new ACT version, new MS Office version and are facing some problems to attach e-mail messages from Outlook to Act (sending and receiving)

Act database appears as address book in Outlook.

ALL Act buttons appears (and work) in Outlook 2010 interface

Outlook rules are set

...but I still have problems to automatically attach messages.

What kind of information I can provide to help Sage to help me (help us) to solve this problem?

Mac, Jorge A. Mac Genity
Using ACT! by Sage 2013 Pro Version 15.1.108.0, on Windows 7
Intel Core I7-2600 CPU @ 3,40 GHz

Re: Helping YOU to help me! Well, that fast. Done

Gentleman,

I realizes that I was not using latest hotfix (4).

I have installed and attachments are working properly.

It was my fault.

Thanks.
