ACT! Pro 2017
Syncing was working. This morning, I started getting this error at the end of the sync.
Can anybody tell me how to fix this?

Syncing remote database in ACT! Pro 17. Using Office/Outlook 2010.
I have gone to ACTDIAG and tried to rebuild OLE/DB V2 and get a similar error message as in the original email. Is this a SQL error rather than an ACT! error?
The system syncs though Synchronizing records and updates. It gets to about 30 of 964 records and then goes very quickly to DONE. Then it processes through Checking for errors and then fails and shows cancelled.
The problem started Monday morning. When I got to the computer, it was saying that another admin user was locking the database. That couldn't be true because the other user doesn't know how to lock a database.
The last time it sync'd corrected was 10/22 at 10:55 pm.

From what I can tell this does look like an SQL error. I'd be interested to see if other remote databases can sync - this'll tell us if it's an issue with SQL or Database on the remote machine or on the server.
Stan Smith has posted a fix for this error message here although it looks like the same issue there may actually be a different cause, so it might be worth dropping him a PM before using it.
Assuming other remote databases can sync with the server fine, the most reliable fix would be to recreate the remote database using this article.
