Help with Notes/History in ACT! 2010

Is there any way to list contacts alphabetically by Company in a Notes/History report in Act! 2010?

This was possible in the older version but I cannot figure out how to do it in the 2010 version.

Any help would be appreciated!

In edit template go to Edit | Sections and change the sort for section 1 to Company.

Re: Help with Notes/History in ACT! 2010

When I go to the reports then edit templates, then Notes/History  I only see "define sections" which does not give any option for sorting that I can see.  What am I missing?

Thanks -

Did you open Define Sections? Did you click on Section1?

Re: Help with Notes/History in ACT! 2010

Hi Roy:  You're right, I did not click on the section 1 but once I did, it showed the fields to change.

Thank you!!!!  I'm so happy!
