Help with ANSWER ID 23020

 When I follow the steps in ANSWER ID 23020 (see below) I do not have the option to select ACT! - Auto Attach E-mail to ACT!. Its blank for me.  What are possible steps I have not taken.

 

 From the Select Custom Action box, select ACT! - Auto Attach E-mail to ACT!.

  1. To choose the way that ACT! records the email in history, click the Change button.

What version of ACT! and Outlook are you using?  If you click the change button, do you get any options?
