What to use for email. I use a number of emails and have found that dealing with outlook doesn't do it for me. It wont automaticaly link the emails with my contacts in Act. I am contemplating using outlook express. Can anyone comment?
If you want emails to automatically link in Outlook you will have to set up an act address book. To do thd in outlook click Tools -> Accounts -> Add a new directory or address book -> act address book -> enter your db details in the screen that follows -> ok out and restart outlook. You will now be able to click Tools -> options in outlook and there will be an ACT! tab where you can set your history options. I would highly reccomend this over using Outlook Express as you would then have to use the old act email client.
